5 Steps to a Healthy Summer Glow
The truth is…we all want to be bronzed bombshells this Summer! But sitting out in the sun for hours on end to get that Summer glow is just not worth it-burns, sun spots, faster aging, and even cancer. According to skincancer.org, over 90% of visible changes to the skin that are commonly attributed to aging are caused by the sun..I am not about to risk my future face for today’s tan! I’m also not about to look orange and blotchy for a week from a bad spray tan. So I’ve devised a system that will help you achieve that sun-kissed glow that we all so badly crave!
1) Exfoliate:
Exfoliating removes all of the dead skin cells on your face to prep for smooth and efficient application of anything that we put on our skin. If you’re not exfoliating and removing your oldest and dirtiest layer of skin at least once a week, you’re putting that expensive moisturizer on skin that can’t even absorb it well! Exfoliate your skin to make the most out of your beauty products, so that they can do their jobs on a fresh new layer of skin. This clay mask will do just that!
2) Cleanse:
This Boots No7 cleansing water is such a refreshing way to cleanse your face on those hot Summer days. It goes over your face in one sweep…no water needed! 5) Set and hydrate:
